How does Lexa billing work?
Lexa is billed per user per month, excluding VAT. You choose monthly or annual billing: annual billing applies a 10% discount on every plan. Billing adjusts automatically to the number of users on your team. The Enterprise plan is quoted individually.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions carry no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. With annual billing, the subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, then renews or stops as you choose. You keep access to Lexa until the end of the paid period.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. The 15-day free trial starts without a credit card and without commitment. You get the legal specialisation, the glossaries and the quality control, so you can test Lexa on your own documents before choosing a plan.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
The plans themselves are identical. Annual billing applies a 10% discount: Essential goes from €6.90 to €5.90, Standard from €23.90 to €21.90 and Premium from €44.90 to €39.90 per user per month, excluding VAT. Monthly billing stays commitment-free, for maximum flexibility.
